Under the Roshan Gharana Scheme 2024, 50,000 solar panel kits will be distributed with a total budget of Rs 12.6 billion. The kit includes:

Punjab Roshan Gharana Scheme 2024 Eligibility and Distribution Alright, now onto the burning question: who’s eligible for these solar panels and what exactly will they get? In the first phase, households using up to 100 units of electricity (aka protected consumers) are in luck as they will receive it via balloting. Each household getting in on this will get a 1 KW system. And here’s the cool part: These solar setups can power fans, lights, small motors, you name it! Plus, with a lithium-ion battery onboard, you’ll get up to 16 hours of backup charging.
